Frozen at the Peak of Freshness, Since 2006

FrostHarvest began with one belief: frozen food should taste better than fresh food that has spent a week in transit. Our founders โ€” a farmer and a food engineer โ€” built our first flash-freezing line within two hours of partner farms so produce could be frozen the very day it was harvested.

Today that same principle drives a company with three production facilities, a 45,000-pallet cold storage network and a refrigerated fleet serving supermarkets, hotels, restaurants and distributors across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Every product still passes the founder's test: would we serve this at our own family table? If the answer isn't an immediate yes, it never leaves the facility.

Our IQF lines process over 400 tonnes daily inside ISO-certified clean rooms. Automated sorting, optical inspection and metal detection guarantee consistency in every pack โ€” from a 400g retail bag to a 10kg food-service carton.

Distribution

An Unbroken Cold Chain to 25+ Countries

GPS-monitored trailers hold -18ยฐC from our dock to yours, with digital temperature loggers on every pallet. Export documentation, port handling and last-mile delivery are managed by our in-house logistics team.
